Accept The Generosity of New Neighbors!
“Now when you visit a new neighbor for the first time, you’ll receive 5 bonus energy, 10 bonus XP, and 300 bonus coins!”
What does this mean?
When a new friend installs the cityville application, it will show up on your neighbors page. Just because they installed the app DOES NOT mean that you can visit them and have this count, you need to first add them as a neighbor by going to the my neighbors tab and adding them.
After that they must Accept your neighbor request. If they do they will be at the bottom on your scrolling neighbors list. Click on their city from there and when you do you will get the reward above.
