For those of you who haven’t already learned this, you can remove your door for the nights or when you are a way. Why would you want to do this?

Well your cafe rating depends on how many people come to your cafe. So if your rating (green thumb on the right side of the screen) is 5.0 then you probably only get 1-2 customers every few seconds. If you have a rating of 95.0 then you will have a constant flow of customers possibly to where your cafe is completely full and you’ll make tons of coin.

The problem with this, you can run out of food very easily, and it will bring your rating down to 5.0 very quickly with no food to serve customers. Especially when you aren’t around to add more food to the stoves.

So what you can do is take away your door. It will go back into your inventory and stay there until you’re ready to open shop again. This gives you the time to prepare more food and have it ready to serve.
