Want to add a playful new item theme to your farm in Country Story? How does a set of playground equipment sound to you? I hope it sounds great, as that’s what we’ve received this week, with Playfish releasing six new items to the game’s store. The items come in the form of an Elephant Slide, Turtle Sandbox, Trampoline Dog, Racing Kitten, Seesaw Rabbits, and a Monkey Swing. The latter two items are available for five Playfish Cash each, while the other four items can be purchased for coins. The Elephant Slide is the cheapest item, at 3,000 coins, while the Racing Kitten and Trampoline Dog top the list at 25,000 coins.

Country Story Update Earth Day April 19th! Farming made easy and now you can click on as many plots, trees, or animals that you would like to work on, and then sit back and watch the action. At the market, it’s possible to buy fertilizers which will help to reduce the growing times of your crops. The times it’s reduced by is varied with each level of fertilizer. They are used by clicking on your backpack icon, choosing the fertilizer tab, selecting the fertilizer you wish to use and then clicking the crops you want to fertilize.

Fertilizer is only available to buy with Playfish cash, but you can receive plenty for free by having lots of friends and making use of the Make a Wish Pool.

The Village At the centre of the village is your farm, surrounded by lots of exciting places to visit. Livestock : Visit this shop to purchase animals for your farms. Mayor : This is whe thr Country Story Mayor lives, you can visit him to see if he has any quest for you to complete. Bank : Here you can purchase Playfish Cash, and see if the Bank Manager has any quests for you to complete. Construction : This shop is used to buy materials such as sticks and stones, and other features involved with construction on your farm. Market : Here you can buy items to aid you on your farm, such as food, fertilizers, and seeds. Quests As you progress in Country Story, you will be given quests by some of the characters in the game. You will receive quests as you ‘level up’, and upon completion of the quests will be given rewards ranging from animals and livestock, food and fertilizers. When you click on the quest icon, you will get this screen this lists all the quests you currently have open, and can attempt to complete. Clicking on each individual quest will give you a summary…
