When you first start your character, you should decide fairly quickly what type of character you want to be. If you like a lot of action, fighting and drama, then you are probably going to want to be an attacker. If you’re more of a truce talker than a problem starter and don’t like fighting and drama, then you will probably want to organize more events. Once you decide what you want to be, you can choose the appropriate path below to create the type of character you want to have.

Attacker:

As an attacker, you will want to find a balance between charm, popularity, stamina AND confidence. The following method is a suggestion for dispensing skill points when you level up:
First time, 2 in charm, 1 in popularity
Next time, 1 stamina (because it takes 2 skill points for 1 stamina) and 1 popularity
Next time, 1 charm, 1 energy, 1 popularity

Stamina
Alternate between these each time you level up until you get about 5-7 stamina. More stamina than that and you’re going to make yourself weak because they take 2 points each and you’ll be taking away from more important areas.

Energy
I would put as few points into energy as possible. The more points you put into energy, the weaker a fighter you will be because those are points that you are taking away from the other more important areas. However, some energy is good because with the addition of masteries, you can gain more skill points. So, do the events that require low energy, but give you more skill points.

Confidence
I wouldn’t put much, if any, points into confidence if you’re going to be an attacker. The total damage done in a fight is taken from the person with the lowest max confidence. So, if you have 100 confidence, there will be 29 damage done between both people. So, let’s say you attack somebody who has 300 confidence and you’re getting GREAT money from them. Let’s also say you are doing an average of 20 damage to them, taking 9 each time. They will go to the spa at 59. Assuming they are at max confidence when you start attacking, you can attack them 12 times before they go to the spa. BUT, let’s say you have 250 confidence. The total damage done is now 74. Let’s keep the same proportion as the other example as far as damage done vs. damage taken, and now, you take 31 and they take the remaining 43. You can now only attack them 5 times before they go to the spa. If you were getting $70,000 each time from them, you could get up to $840,000 (if their money doesn’t run out and you’re able to get $70,000 each time) if you have 100 confidence, but you can only get a max of $350,000 if you have 250 confidence. So, low confidence for attackers is good.

Popularity
Even though you’re an attacker, you STILL need to keep your popularity equal to your level or higher. This is because most people are attackers and have better charm than they do popularity. So, even with a decent charm, you’re going to get through if you’ve got the right charm glam to go along with it. Also, glam tends to favor charm more than it does popularity. Therefore, you can supplement your charm points with your glam points and still be OK.

For your glam, you will need both high charm AND high popularity glam. If you’re an attacker, you WILL be attacked and if you don’t want to lose, then you’ll need to have items high in popularity as well. Just remember that quantity is more important than quality until you have all of your sisters glammed up. Then, you can start getting items with better charm/popularity.

Organizer:

As an organizer, you will put most of your skill points into energy and popularity with some points thrown into confidence. Follow the following method each time you level up:
1 popularity, 1 energy, 1 confidence.
Next time: 2 energy, 1 popularity.
Once your confidence is at about 150 or so, hold off on confidence and alternate between 2 points in popularity and 1 point in energy and 1 point in popularity and 2 points in energy every other level up.

Glam
For your glam, you will focus primarily on items higher in popularity (for when you are attacked). Remember that quantity is more important than quality until you have all of your sisters glammed up. Then, you can start getting more expensive items that have better popularity.

Events
Do the events that give you more skill points first. Put those skill points into energy and popularity.

HYBRID

A lot of people like both fighting AND organizing. But, it’s really hard to do both successfully since you only get a limited amount of skill points. Finding a good balance between all 5 areas (charm, popularity, confidence, energy and stamina) can be quite tricky. But, it IS possible, and so, I am outlining a guide for creating a character that is good at both.

Bounty Hunting
THIS CHARACTER IS NOT A BOUNTY HUNTER!!!!!!!!! When you bounty hunt, you want to keep your level low. Events make you level quickly because they give you LOTS of influence. Therefore, a character that both attacks and does events would NOT be a good choice for a bounty hunter. If you are wanting to be a bounty hunter, read Building a Bounty Hunter.

Stamina
To create a hybrid character, you should have 3 stamina. Period. If you won the starbucks card, then you should have 6. (p.s. you start with 3, and the startbucks card gives you 3. So basically, I’m saying don’t spend ANY skill points on stamina). Stamina cost 2 points each, so if you add points to stamina, you’re going to be taking away from other very precious areas.

Confidence
You shouldn’t add ANYTHING to confidence. Your skill points are precious, and there are more important areas if you are going to be both an attacker and organizer. Plus, I find that having 100 confidence REALLY helps me in fighting because I can attack somebody more times before they go to the spa if I’m getting good money from them!

Popularity
Put one point into popularity each level up. Any skill points you get from masteries should also go into popularity. It’s VERY important to keep popularity equal to or above your level.

Charm
Put one point into charm every few level ups. Attackers have the advantage in this game (it’s roughly 1.4 times the defender’s points). Plus, you can choose who you attack, and, most people have poor popularity, so even with only a few charm points, you can beat them!

Energy
Put 1-2 points into energy each level up. There are going to be lots of events you will want to do that will require more energy than the one point per level up, so my advice is to take it from charm, since popularity is WAY more important (you can choose who you attack. You CANNOT choose who attacks you.

Glam
ALWAYS have 1 accessory, 1 outfit and 1 ride for EVERY sister in your house up to 5x your level. For a list of what glam you should be working on buying for each level category, read Glam 101. I cannot stress enough how important it is to ALWAYS have 1 accessory, 1 outfit and 1 ride for EVERY sister in your house (up to 5x your level) and having a full house. I personally believe that a hybrid character cannot successfully be achieved if you don’t have a full house who is fully glammed up.

Events
The events you will want to concentrate on will be the ones that give you skill points, since you’re spreading them out so much. To find out which events give you the most skill points, read Mastery Rewards. But with only 10 energy, you can actually get 25 skill points, and if you get the pillow, you can get 4 more with no more than 15 energy TOTAL!

Accessory Sale at the Mall

1. Events
Organizing events for your house is a way to make both money and a name for yourself on campus. Every event is different, and some will have specific requirements like energy, gear, andhouse members. The greater your social standing, the bigger the events you can hold for your house!

2. Your Job
Your sorority strives to sculpt well-rounded girls, so you should get an outside job to supplement your school and house duties, as well as make some money. Each job will require you to front the training costs, but you get a paycheck every hour. Greater level and influence will gain you the connections you need to land better jobs. Don’t get too ahead of yourself though! You can only hold one job at a time, so make sure to quit your current job and collect severance before starting a new one.

3. The Bank
A girl with money might be tempted to shop it all away, but smart girls know how to spend responsibly. Part of this means saving up! So as soon as you have a good amount ($10,000) you can open an account at the university bank. The money you deposit here will also be safe from loss due to attacks by other girls. However, the university bank is unique in that 10% of all deposits are donated to deserving charities. For your convenience, if you don’t have enough cash to post a comment or broadcast a message to yourhouse, the money will be automatically deducted from your bank account.

4. The Burn List
The infamous “Burn List” at your school is the place where girls take out their grudges anonymously and offer gracious rewards for the favor. To target one of your enemies, just go to their stats page and click “Add to Burn List.” Once their name is on the Burn List, other girls can attack them. The one that succeeds in terminally depressing the target gets the gratitude money.

5. How Fighting Works
If you want to be the queen bee, you’ll have to show your stuff off against the others competing for your position. The Fight page shows a random selection of girls that you can show off against (only people at your level or above). The results of the showdown are based on how many of your sorority sisters you can bring it on with and what sort of glam they are carrying. You should try to provide each of your sisters with one accessory, one outfit, and one ride, which is the max they can use. The number of your sisters that can show off with you is limited to 5 times your current level.

How to terminally depress someone: When a girl’s confidence gets knocked to zero, they become terminally depressed. Doing this to your rivals is not easy, though, because if their confidence sinks to a certain amount, they automatically take refuge at the spa, where you can’t fight them. So to strike the ultimate blow to your rival, their confidence has to be low, but not so low as to go to the spa, and you’ll have to take all their remaining confidence out in ONE showdown.

6. Your House
Here you can view who is currently in your sorority. This is also where you can accept your friends’ invitations to join their sorority and send out your own invites. Click the “REFRESH” button on the top toolbar if your number of sisters does not go up immediately. Note: After you send invites to your friends and they install the app, they need to go to their house page to accept your invitation before they become part of your sorority!

In a fight, each member of your sorority will strut her stuff with whatever glam you own. Your sorority’s strength is limited by your level as well as how many sisters you have. At level 1, a sorority with lots of sisters will only have a small advantage over a level 1 sorority with very few sisters. However, the size of your sorority takes on more importance as you reach higher levels.

7. Your Self
Here you can increase your max stats (charm, popularity, confidence, etc.) using your skill points. Skill points accumulate every time you level up.
Click on “Stats” at the top to view your profile in more detail.

8. Your Style
Here you can create and edit your avatar, which is the visual representation of your sorority self. Select her skin color, hair style, and outfit to create a look worthy of the runway!

9. Catwalk
The catwalk is where you strut your stuff. Cast your vote and see who’s the hottest sister in the school! Three girls will randomly be displayed on the catwalk. Choose the one you think is the most stunning girl. The girls with the most votes currently will be displayed on the right.

10. Your Name
When you begin to play, you’ll be asked to pick a name for your sorority house. Choose wisely, because you can’t change your name once you pick it!

11. Your Class
You can choose from among three character classes. Each has specific advantages. Divas gain confidence 10% faster, Socialites gain energy 10% faster, and Heiresses gain money 10% faster.

12. Why does this person have more than 500 people in her sorority?
The size limit for everybody’s sorority, regardless of level, is 500. However, boarders, which are extra occupants of your house provided by the House Mom, do not count against this total. Therefore, if you see someone who is fighting with a sorority of OVER 500 sisters, it is because they have used brownie points to buy boarders.

13. How do I add a non-friend to my sorority?
This is not possible. You are supposed to form a sorority with your friends!

14. Missing Points From a Completed Offer?

I do NOT run the offers — I have a sponsor that provides them for me, and they can help you more quickly than I can. Note that sometimes there is a delay while the offer is being processed — the offer will often specify how long this takes. 1. Join Sorority Life groups and post in “add me” threads that you need sisters.

2. Post on the main board in Sorority Life that you need “pimping out” and provide your email address.

3. Add sisters from Facebook’s friends suggestions.

4. Open up the member lists from your Sorority Life groups and add sisters from there.

5. Suggest new sisters to new sister adds whenever the window that allows you to do so presents itself.

6. Make a Sorority Life friend list and add all your new sisters to it. This way you’ll be able to filter them out from your real life friends on Facebook.

Being a good sister

1. Don’t slap. Ever. No one wins when you slap – the player that gets slapped loses confidence, and you gain absolutely nothing.

2. Vote for all your sisters daily. You get $50 for each vote, so if everyone in your house votes for you, you’ll get at least a few thousand dollars a day just off votes. In order to vote for all your sisters, click in the notification area of Facebook’s messenger (bottom right hand corner) and look for a notification that one of your sisters has voted for you. There will be a link that says “click here to claim your prize”. Click on that, then click on the “vote” button on the following screen.

3. Suggest new sisters to sisters in your house as much as possible. This encourages everyone to help each other build their houses.

4. Pass on “pimp me out” notices on the main board in Sorority Life as much as possible. This way you’re more likely to get your email pimped out on the main board when you need it.

5. Don’t take attacks personally. Everyone gets a list of members to attack, and they do it to gain influence and cash – that’s the main reason why you get stamina points.
