CityVille Expansion Permit – In order to expand your land in CityVille you need a permit, but there isn’t something you can build to get it, you either need to get it from a friend or pay cash for it.

“You need 1 permits to expand your land. You can buy permits or get them from your friends.”
Because they’re using “permits” we expect that future expansions will need more than 1.
If you choose to ask a friend for a permit it will post something to your profile which will allow friends to send one right from there. If you can’t find the expansion section go to BUILD > EXPANSIONS. It will be the only one there for now.
There is currently only 1 expansion

My first 4 expansions didn’t require permits at all, but my 5th one requires 5 permits. It looks like the “ask friends” option is broken. I always get an error message when I try.
your expansions DO require permits. You prob already had some due to gifting and so didn’t notice. They ALL require permits.
The required number of Permit(s) Adds up to 2 everytime you buy an Expansion, Example
your a newbie and your having a new Expansion which requires 1 Permit, when you buy it, the next expansion costs 2 Permit and over and over

It doesn’t give me an option to ask my friends for permits. Any hints as to what to do?

I have bought 2 pemits and cant find them to be able to use them were do they go after you puchase them can some one tell me.
I have bought a barn for my crops andand built it up then face book site stopped working and when it came back up the barn was not buit I then had to pay to rebuild it that sucks some one needs to fix the cliches in the game.
