In order to complete your goods factory you need to collect
10 saftey goggles
10 robotic arm
10 lunch box
10 hard hats
10 work uniforms

To collect the parts above, click on your goods factory as its being built and ask friends to send you the pieces you need. This works like other community buildings but it’s using different parts to complete it.
