How to become mayor in Cityville. To become mayor of your city you need a population of 1000 people. Finish the “Become a Mayor Quest” to become mayor.
Build community buildings to increase population limit, and then build housing to bring the people in. You will then unlock the Pier.
Once you have a population of 1000 people you will unlock a goal that allows you to unlock the boats as you go. Build your pier next to water, and go from there!
i have 1200 population and this quest has not shown up, my brother has less people and is a lower level and has become mayor
