Country Story Yellow Ostrich
Want to add a playful new item theme to your farm in Country Story? How does a set of playground equipment sound to you? I hope it sounds great, as that’s what we’ve received this week, with Playfish releasing six new items to the game’s store.
The items come in the form of an Elephant Slide, Turtle Sandbox, Trampoline Dog, Racing Kitten, Seesaw Rabbits, and a Monkey Swing. The latter two items are available for five Playfish Cash each, while the other four items can be purchased for coins. The Elephant Slide is the cheapest item, at 3,000 coins, while the Racing Kitten and Trampoline Dog top the list at 25,000 coins.
Meanwhile, aside from decorations, a new animal has also been added to the game. The Yellow Ostrich is an interesting new animal in that it can’t be purchased; rather, Playfish is offering one to all users for free, with a large catch. To receive the free ostrich you’ll have to collect 50 star items.
Stars are an equally new item that are now available to give to your friends from the game’s free gifts menu. Earning 50 of them will take some time, especially if you’re lacking in the Country Story neighbors department. Luckily, as well as using the free gifts menu to send the stars to your friends, you can also click the “Ask from friend” button to publish a story to your wall asking for your friends to give you some stars.
