Farmville has a new feature called the Farmville Fertilize in which you can put fertilizer on the crop of your neighbors and the crop that has been fertilized will become much larger than an ordinary crop. Randomly selected users will receive 5 Bags of Fertilizer (super grow), per neighbor, per day.

Those players can then use the fertilizer on crops on their neighbors farms. But don’t let them wither, fertilized crops reward experience points when harvested! Fertilizer bags are rewarded when you complete a friend mission (pulling weeds, chasing crows, etc.) and removed when you visit another neighbors farm. Once a crop has been fertilized, it will appear bigger than normal crops and sparkle.

So remember :
1. Visit a neighbors farm
2. help your neighbor (Scare away Crows, Gophers, Rake Leaves, etc)
3. Farmville will randomly determine whether or not you’ll receive the bags of fertilizer.
a. If you did not receive the fertilizer, try to visit another neighbor and start help again
b. If you did receive fertilizer, you’ll notice a small White and Blue bag on the bottom left hand side of the window, in the place of the fuel tank.
c.The Super Grow bag has a small “x5″ next to it, indicating that you have 5 bags
4. Click on your neighbors crop to fertilize it.
5. Each bag will fertilize a single ‘plot’. And it will give you 2 XP for fertilizing each plot.
