Fish Mastery:

Objective:

The objective of fish mastery is basically to buy and sell fish of a particular species until you have mastered the species of fish. You do this by mastering each tier of fish in the species.

The pic above shows that there are four types of fish you need to unlock before you master the butterfly fish category.

Level 1: The Longnose Butterfly

Level 2: The Latticed Butterfly

Level 3: The Copper Butterfly

Level 4: The Red Tail Butterfly

How do I go about mastering fish:

Each type of fish will require a certain amount points in order to master their tier. Circled in red above you can see that in order to complete the Longnose Butterfly category, you need to have seventy mastery points.

Points are gained as follows:

Buying a fish in the tier = +1 point
Selling a fish in the tier = +2 points

You buy and sell the Longnose Butterfly until you have gained the required 70 points. Once this is completed, you will unlock the Latticed Butterfly. Complete his required mastery points and you will unlock the Copper Butterfly and so on.

Note: Please note that you should sell at age 1 to get the most mastery points.
