When visiting a Neighbor who hasn’t played in a while, sometimes the Pioneer will stumble across unclaimed land. The Pioneer is invited to “tidy up” by tending the land, and then offer it to a friend. If the Neighbor accepts and builds a Cabin, the Pioneer is awarded a 10,000 Coins Finders Fee.
