i look on the xml quest there are 6 parts for paths mission :

GOAL : Paths Part 4 – Beating a Path to your Door
GOAL : Paths Part 5 – Stubborn as an Ox
GOAL : Paths Part 6 – Trolling the Toll Booth

Path Finding
Now if you want to know a thing or two about path buildin’, I’d say ol’ Frontier Jack is your man. In the meantime, you better make sure that cow pasture is outta the way, or the paths will soon be covered in wandering bovines.

Visit Frontier Jack’s Homestead

Hint : Use the Move and Rotate tools (inside the My Tools menu) to move cows around your homestead. Click Frontier Jack’s icon at the bottom of the screen to visit him.

Let’s Make a Deal
To make these paths all official-like, we’re going to need to raise some money to form a turnpike company. Go around to yer neighbors and get them to sign some charter agreements – just don’t let ‘em read the fine print!

Buy a Toll Booth at the Market

Hint : Click on “Ask Friends” above to ask yer neighbors for Charter Agreements. Buy a Toll Booth in the Buildings tab of the Market.

The Right Tool for the Job
Now that we got those fooli…er community-minded folks to form the Turnpike Company, we need to get crackin’ on building the Toll Booth and rakin’ in the tolls. The job will go faster if we round up some extra tools.

Have or Obtain Ten Tools
Finish Building the Toll Booth
Collect One Toll at the Toll Booth

Hint : Get tools by being visited or hired by your neighbors, or turning in the General Store Collection. Once the Toll Booth is complete, click on it and select “Collect Toll” to trigger the bonus.

Beating a Path to your Door
Without some paths across the homestead, you ain’t gonna get much business. You should take your spouse for a nice stroll over to the neighbor’s and show ‘em how lovely and relaxing it is!

Build 20 Paths
Stop Wandering Spouse
Visit 10 Neighbors who have paths

Hint : Buy paths in the Market, and place them next to each other to form a connected pathway. Stop your spouse from wandering by clicking on them. Visit all your neighbors to see who else has built paths.

Stubborn as an Ox
The neighbors have been complaining about your oxen wandering on your paths. Those are some ornery critters! Better moooove ‘em and feed em – make sure you’ve got some bovine insurance too!

Moooove Ten Oxen
Collect Ten Bovine Insurance Forms (The forms will be expended to complete the mission.)
Feed 10 Oxen

Hint : Click on the ox with the “move” tool to moooove it. Click on “ask” above to ask friends for bovine insurance forms. (They’ll be removed once you’ve accomplished the mission.)

Trolling the Toll Booth
It is time to show off your paths and collect some tolls! Get your friends to start using your paths so you can collect bigger tolls.

Accept Five Neighbor Visits
Collect Three Tolls

Hint : Accept neighbor tends by clicking on a visiting neighbor and selecting “Accept”. Collect a toll by clicking on your Toll Booth and selecting “Collect Toll”.
