Reputation is what you get when you help your neighbors.

To get reputation you need to visit your friends either clear the crops, land, trees etc, just click on the little side shovel like this:

When you do this you will get hearts, when you get 10 hearts you go up a level that shows in the heart next to the box. When you do this you get extra coins and also your friends will hire you more because they will get a bigger bonus from you.

The more you help your neighbors the higher your reputation. It gives your neighbors a bonus when they hire you so you’ll get more coins.
