Treasure Isle Fire God Mountain

One of the biggest “coming soon” attractions in Treasure Isle is the upcoming release of Fire God Mountain as a treasure hunting location. If you look on the first page of the Tiki Isles map set, you’ll see that Fire God Mountain is still currently locked, but that hasn’t stopped Zynga from setting the hype train loose from the station, and it is chugging along at a great pace.

First, you can learn more about the location by Liking the “Treasure Isle’s Volcano Diggers Anonymous” page on Facebook. There, we see that the Fire God Mountain will contain many underground areas to explore, and that somehow, it will eventually grant us more gardening plots (for growing fruit – other details about this are, as of now, unknown).

There appears to be a secondary event happening in Treasure Isle to celebrate the eventual launch of Fire God Mountain, as after logging into the game, you’ll be alerted that an egg has washed onto your island’s beach.

You’ll be able to place the floating egg, which is covered in an orange fire pattern, and even animates with fire from its base, on your island, and can then “investigate” it – however, doing so right now only grants you with a pop-up with a hint as to the fact that you’ll be able to take the egg somewhere to hatch, presumably inside Fire God Mountain.

With Zynga going to the trouble of creating a new fan page just for this one area, the odds are good that Fire God Mountain will represent a fairly large event once finally released. We’ll be sure to keep track of things in the game, and will let you know when Fire God Mountain is ready to be explored.
