i just weantd to say that both my mother and father died during the Christmas season, six and five years ago, respectively. When my dad was still alive, I pushed myself to decorate the tree my mother had started to honor her memory and her love for Christmas, but I haven’t done it since. There will be a day when that part of me returns, perhaps when I have children. But in the meantime, I think we all do what we can, the best we can, one step at a time.
